Put two cups of wheat flour in a bowl and add the yeast mix and add all the other dry ingredients.
Add the oil and half a cup of room water and stir with a spoon, spatula or your hands.
After mixed, take it to the bench, gradually adding the rest of the wheat flour.
Knead for five minutes and set aside until doubled in size, between 20/40 minutes.
Open the dough with the rolling pin and fill it with whatever you have at home! Bake at 180°
