Liquid milk400 ml
Salt40 g
Sugar3 tablespoon
Butter4 tablespoon
Wheat flour with yeast4 cup
Catupiry200 g
Cheese500 g
Onion2 unit(s)
Tomato sauce100 g

Add the milk in a container add the salt, sugar, butter and mix well. Add the wheat flour, stir the dough until it comes away from your hands. Let it rest for two hours.
With the help of a rolling pin, stretch the dough in a greased shape with butter, then place the tomato sauce, onion, salt on top of the dough.
Now take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, and after roasting, put the catupiry, the cheese and put it back in the oven to bake for 5 minutes and it's ready.
