  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Olive oil40 ml
  • Warm water240 ml
  • Organic Dry Yeast8 g
  • Salt8 g
  • Pepperoni to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you get a uniform dough.
  2. On a CLEAN surface, knead it until it forms a uniform ball so that it no longer sticks to your hands.
  3. Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes until it rises.
  4. Knead it again and form a ball with the dough.
  5. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin so that it forms a disk.
  6. Place the dough, after opening, on a lightly greased baking sheet ONLY with wheat flour.
  7. Put the dough in the oven at 180°C and let it get slightly golden (this step takes about 10 minutes, depending on the oven);
  8. Remove it and add the tomato sauce, cheese or the filling of your choice. NOTE: For pizzas with a sweet filling, tomato sauce is not added.
  9. Put it back in the oven (at 180°C) to finish baking.
