Ingredients

Wheat flour400 g
Olive oil40 ml
Warm water240 ml
Organic Dry Yeast8 g
Salt8 g
Pepperoni to taste
Mozzarella cheese to taste
Tomato sauce to taste
Oregano to taste

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you get a uniform dough.
On a CLEAN surface, knead it until it forms a uniform ball so that it no longer sticks to your hands.
Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes until it rises.
Knead it again and form a ball with the dough.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin so that it forms a disk.
Place the dough, after opening, on a lightly greased baking sheet ONLY with wheat flour.
Put the dough in the oven at 180°C and let it get slightly golden (this step takes about 10 minutes, depending on the oven);
Remove it and add the tomato sauce, cheese or the filling of your choice. NOTE: For pizzas with a sweet filling, tomato sauce is not added.
Put it back in the oven (at 180°C) to finish baking.
