Ingredients

  • Wheat flour | 1 kg
  • Warm water | 500 ml
  • Salt | 1 dessert spoon
  • Sugar | 1 tablespoon
  • Organic Yeast | 20 g
  • Egg | 1 unit(s)
  • Pepperoni | 500 g
  • shredded mozzarella cheese | 500 g
  • Tomato sauce | 100 ml
  • Olives | 150 g
  • Onion | 1 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. In a bowl put the sugar, salt, yeast, oil and warm water and then the egg and mix until well mixed.
  2. Put the wheat flour little by little when you have a good dough to handle, coming off your hands but not so much, then you will soak for about 10 minutes.
  3. While the dough rests for about 15 minutes, cut the filling ingredients.
  4. Open the dough with a rolling pin.
  5. Add the tomato sauce, the mozzarella cheese, the pepperoni sausage, the olives and the onion.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180g for about 30 minutes.
