Ingredients
- Wheat flour | 1 kg
- Warm water | 500 ml
- Salt | 1 dessert spoon
- Sugar | 1 tablespoon
- Organic Yeast | 20 g
- Egg | 1 unit(s)
- Pepperoni | 500 g
- shredded mozzarella cheese | 500 g
- Tomato sauce | 100 ml
- Olives | 150 g
- Onion | 1 unit(s)
Recipe
- In a bowl put the sugar, salt, yeast, oil and warm water and then the egg and mix until well mixed.
- Put the wheat flour little by little when you have a good dough to handle, coming off your hands but not so much, then you will soak for about 10 minutes.
- While the dough rests for about 15 minutes, cut the filling ingredients.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin.
- Add the tomato sauce, the mozzarella cheese, the pepperoni sausage, the olives and the onion.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180g for about 30 minutes.
