  • Pepperoni Sauce3 tablespoon
  • Sliced Onions2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Tuscan sausage3 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce3 cup
  • Butter4 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour3 tablespoon
  • Milk1 l
  • Grated Mozzarella2 cup
  • Salt and parsley to taste1 unit(s)
  • Lasagna pasta10 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella100 g
  • Grated Parmesan100 g
  1. Pepperoni Sauce: In a pan, sauté the onion in olive oil, add the peppers and then the sausage and cook until golden. Pour in the tomato sauce and leave on low heat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, bring the milk to a boil with the garlic and salt. When it boils, turn off and set aside.
  2. Cheese sauce: In a pan, melt the butter, add the flour and stir for about 3 minutes over medium heat. Add the hot milk little by little and stir until it thickens. Add the grated mozzarella and stir until melted. Season with salt to taste and set aside.
  3. Mounting: In a baking dish, place some hot milk or olive oil, the pepperoni sauce, the lasagna noodles, mozzarella and cheese sauce. Repeat the layers, finishing with the sauce, mozzarella and parmesan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
