  • Unleavened Wheat Flour4 cup
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Bread Yeast10 g
  • Warm water300 ml
  • Oil4 tablespoon
  • grated cheese1 tablespoon
  • Grated and fried pepperoni2 unit(s)
  • grated small onion1 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl, mix oil, sugar, yeast and the lukewarm sharp, mix everything until the yeast dissolves.
  2. Add the grated cheese and wheat flour little by little, sip for 10 mins or so.
  3. Fry the grated pepperoni and add the onion, mix and let it cool a little.
  4. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and add the pepperoni stuffing, roll it up like a rocabole and place it in a bread pan greased with butter and flour.
  5. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame or oregano on top.
  6. Let the bread rest for 30 mins or until it doubles in size.
  7. After that time, bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 25 mins.
  8. A simple and easy bread, as well as delicious.
