- Clean shrimp without shell and head300 g
- penne pasta500 g
- Lemon pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic (chopped clove)2 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Large ripe tomato1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce sachet 340 grams1 unit(s)
- Corn1/2 can(s)
- Chopped Green Olives10 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- cream cheese4 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Oregano to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Bring a pan to the boil with plenty of water to cook the pasta. And cook as instructed on the package, obeying the time so as not to get a soft dough.
- Season the prawns with lemon, salt and lemon pepper. Reserve
- In a pan, heat the olive oil, onion and garlic until golden.
- Add the prawns, sauté and add the tomato. Let it cook a little. Also add the corn and olives.
- Add the tomato sauce, the cream and the curd and let it thicken.
- Add the mozzarella cheese and let it melt well.
- Add the pasta and stir gently.
- Serve still hot. Sprinkling oregano and grated parmesan cheese to taste.
