Penne with shitake sauce

Em uma panela coloque o pene para cozinhar em água fervente com sal e um fio de azeite. Deixe cozinhar pelo tempo determinado na embalagem 

In a pan put the pene to cook in boiling water with salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Let it cook for the time specified on the package.

Em uma frigideira, coloque o shitake cortado em tiras com um fio de azeite e uma colher de manteiga, deixe fritar bem até murchar. Tempere com sal e pimenta e reserve. 
Na mesma frigideira coloque mais um pouco de azeite ou manteiga e junte a cebola e o alho, deixe refogar bem. Adicione a colher de farinha de trigo, frite ela e vá adicionando aos poucos o leite, até ficar um molho branco bem grossinho. Deixe cozinhar uns 2 min o molho. Tempere com sal e pimenta e adicione o shitake já refogado e o creme de leite 

In a frying pan, place the shitake cut into strips with a thread of olive oil and a spoon of butter, let it fry well until it withers. Season with salt and pepper and put aside.
In the same skillet, add a little more oil or butter and add the onion and garlic, let it sauté well. Add the spoon of wheat flour, fry it and gradually add the milk, until it becomes a very thick white sauce. Let the sauce cook for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add the already sautéed shitake and the cream.

Misture o macarrão com o molho e por fim adicione a cebolinha e o queijo parmesão e se delicie 

Mix the pasta with the sauce and finally add the chives and Parmesan cheese and enjoy
