  • penne500 g
  • ricotta300 g
  • milk1/2 l
  • medium onion1 unit(s)
  • butter2 tablespoon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • finely chopped ham100 g
  • grated cheese50 g
  1. Cook the penne in salted water, drain and set aside.
  2. Grate the onion and brown in butter.
  3. Beat the ricotta, the milk, the onion sautéed in the butter, the salt and the black pepper in the blender. Add the ham pieces, but in the whisk.
  4. In a refractory, alternate layers of penne and cream, finishing with cream.
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until golden.
