Penne with gorgonzola sauce and cashews

Refogue o alho e a cebola até ficar transparente. Se for usar camarão ou outra carne, junte com a cebola e alho e frite. Em seguida acrescente o gorgonzola até derreter e depois o creme de leite e o requeijão. 

Saute garlic and onion until translucent. If using shrimp or other meat, add the onion and garlic and fry. Then add the gorgonzola until it melts and then the milk cream and cottage cheese.

Misture o molho com o macarrão e salpique as castanhas e o cheiro verde. 

Mix the sauce with the pasta and sprinkle the chestnuts and green smell.
