Ingredients
- Penne pasta | 500 g
- Onion and garlic | to taste
- Gorgonzola | 200 g
- Cottage cheese | 100 g
- Sour cream | 1/2 can(s)
- Chopped cashews | 100 g
- Butter | 1 tablespoon
- Green Smell | to taste
- Shrimp (optional) | to taste
Recipe
- Cook the macaroni until al dente.
- Saute garlic and onion until translucent. If using shrimp or other meat, add the onion and garlic and fry. Then add the gorgonzola until it melts and then the milk cream and cottage cheese.
- Mix the sauce with the pasta and sprinkle the chestnuts and green smell.
