- Penne Pasta500 g
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Garlic6 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- White wine1 cup
- Filet Mignon500 g
- Gorgonzola cheese100 g
- Water1/2 l
- Season the filet mignon with garlic and salt.
- Heat a pan with oil, brown the meat. Let it brown. Add the white wine, cream and gorgonzola.
- Bring a pan with 1/2l of water to boil. Add salt to taste. When it boils, add the pasta, cook until al dente. Drain.
- Mix the pasta with the meat and serve.
