Penne with fillet in gorgonzola sauce

  • Penne Pasta500 g
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Garlic6 unit(s)
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • White wine1 cup
  • Filet Mignon500 g
  • Gorgonzola cheese100 g
  • Water1/2 l
  1. Season the filet mignon with garlic and salt.
  2. Heat a pan with oil, brown the meat. Let it brown. Add the white wine, cream and gorgonzola.
  3. Bring a pan with 1/2l of water to boil. Add salt to taste. When it boils, add the pasta, cook until al dente. Drain.
  4. Mix the pasta with the meat and serve.
