  • Penne | 500 g
  • grated cheese | 1 unit(s)
  • Diced ham | 200 g
  • Milk | 200 ml
  • Maizena | 1 tablespoon
  • Butter | 1 g
  • Sour cream | 1 unit(s)
  • Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Garlic | 1 unit(s)
  • Nutmeg |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste

Recipe

  1. In a pan, melt the butter, sauté the garlic and the onion.
  2. Put the milk and cream
  3. Mix
  4. Put the cornstarch and stir
  5. Season with salt and add grated nutmeg to taste.
  6. When it starts to thicken, turn it off and add the ham.
  7. Cook the macaroni, drain
  8. Pour the pasta into the serving dish and pour the sauce over the top.
  9. Sprinkle with grated cheese
