  • Penne Noodles250 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Milk200 ml
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 dessert spoon
  • Sour cream1/2 can(s)
  • Grated Mozzarella to taste
  • Pepperoni sausage or chopped and fried bacon to taste
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  1. Cook the penne in salted water until al dente.
  2. Once cooked, drain and sauté in 2 tablespoons of margarine.
  3. White sauce: Sauté the onion in margarine until translucent, then add the milk and salt.
  4. When it starts to boil, dissolve the wheat flour in a little milk and mix it in the milk that is boiling.
  5. Stir until thickened
  6. Turn off the heat and add the cream and mozzarella.
  7. Place the penne on the plate and cover with the white sauce, sprinkle with the fried bacon and serve if
