- penne pasta200 g
- Salt to taste
- Water2 l
- Spinach150 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Milk350 ml
- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Parmesan cheese50 g
- Black pepper to taste
- Turmeric (turmeric)1 teaspoon
- Extra Olive Oil3 tablespoon
- Put the water to boil.
- Then add salt and pasta. Cook for 10 minutes or longer if needed. As far as you like.
- Rinse the spinach in hot water and drain.
- Sauté the onion in olive oil, then the crushed and chopped garlic and turmeric. Add the spinach and sauté.
- Add the flour and milk and stir until thickened.
- Add the mozzarella cheese on top and place over the pasta.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place in the oven to brown. Is ready.
