  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt3 teaspoon
  • Butter3 teaspoon
  • Parsley to taste
  1. In a pan, boil the water.
  2. Add the oil, and then the pepper.
  3. When the pepper changes color, add the garlic.
  4. With the transparent garlic enter the passata.
  5. Add salt and ground pepper.
  6. Enter with pasta and salt.
  7. With the sauce reduced, turn off the heat.
  8. Pass the pasta to the pan with the sauce, using a sieve.
  9. Throw hot water into the dishes to maintain temperature.
  10. Put the butter and parsley and mix.
  11. Serve and enjoy.
