- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Stuffing to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- In a container, place the cream, wheat and salt, mix well until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Transfer the dough to a countertop and knead well with your hands. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Remove the dough from the fridge and put it back on a floured bench and roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
- Cut the dough into squares, add the filling, close and press the edges with a fork. If using ham and mozzarella, wrap the dough with the stuffing and close only the ends.
- Fry the pastries in hot oil until golden.
- Remove and drain on absorbent paper Serve immediately
