Ingredients

• Sour cream | 200 g
• Salt | 1/2 teaspoon
• Wheat flour | 500 g

Recipe

1. Mix the cream with the salt in a bowl.
2. Add the wheat little by little and knead until it stops sticking to your hands. At this point stop adding flour and knead until you get a smooth dough.
3. Open with the help of a roll, fill as you prefer and fry in very hot oil.
