  1. In a bowl, place the flour, oil, brandy and salt. Mix with warm water. Mix with your hands, then knead well on a smooth surface. After kneading well, open portions of dough with the help of the roller (leave the dough very thin) use the stuffing. Sew the edges together and press down with the tip of a fork. Filling Place the meat in a pan and bring to a boil. Stir until completely dry and loose. Once this is done, add the butter, the beaten onion and the crushed garlic. Saute well, season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped olives, the eggs in pieces and a good portion of parsley and green onions, cut very thin. Leave for another 2 to 3 minutes on the fire and put it to cool.
