  • cashew nuts1 cup
  • minced garlic cloves4 unit(s)
  • olive oil2 teaspoon
  • salt0 to taste
  • black pepper1 teaspoon
  • yeast4 tablespoon
  • plant milk or water1 cup
  • sliced mushrooms1 cup
  1. Let the cashew nut hydrate in hot water for 30 minutes
  2. Fry the onion and garlic in the oil for 2 minutes.
  3. Add salt and let it cook until golden.
  4. Place the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend well.
  5. In a frying pan with the olive oil, place half the onion, garlic and leave it on medium heat until golden.
  6. Then add the mushrooms and sauté for 4 min, stir and remove them by separating them in a container.
  7. Put the blender mixture together with the garlic and onion and leave it on the fire for 10 minutes.
  8. Note: if necessary, you can add more salt and pepper.
  9. Choose a pasta (your preference), add the mushrooms and then just mix it with the sauce.
