Cozinhe o macarrão como de costume. 
Obs: na água de cozimento adicione 1 colher de sopa de sal.

Cook the macaroni as usual.
Note: in the cooking water add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Em uma panela coloque a manteiga e 1 colher de óleo e adicione a cebola picada .
(O óleo e para que a manteiga não queime)
Assim que estiver começando a fritar ou começar a clariar coloque o tempero.

In a pan put the butter and 1 tablespoon of oil and add the chopped onion.
(The oil is so that the butter doesn't burn)
As soon as it starts to fry or starts to lighten, add the seasoning.

Aqui usei alho e 1 colher de sal.
Coloque a farinha e deixe torrar um pouco.
Assim que torrar vá adicionando o leite sempre mexendo para não empelotar. 
Assim que o creme engrossar deixe por mais ou menos 3 minutos (sempre em fogo baixo).

Depois desligue e acrescente o creme de leite...


Assim que incorpar, espalhe por cima do macarrão. 
Aqui usei bacon frito para decorar.
Mas pode ser também cebolinha.
