- Milk1 cup
- Maizena1 teaspoon
- Macaroni150 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- grated cheese1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Butter1 coffee spoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Garlic1 coffee spoon
- Cook the aldente pasta set aside
- In a pan, brown the onion in butter
- When the onion is golden add the milk, cornstarch, salt and keep stirring.
- After that, throw the cream and leave it on low heat until it becomes a cream.
- In another pan, brown the garlic with olive oil and wash the pasta beforehand and toss, add salt to taste.
- In a Pyrex put the pasta and pour the sauce on top, add the grated cheese and oregano just serve
