- Fresh cream1 cup
- Grated Parmesan1/2 cup
- Mozzarella1/2 cup
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water
- Sauté the onion well in a pan add the cream of fresh milk and the cheeses to melt
