- Macaroni250 g
- Broccoli100 g
- Diced turkey breast100 g
- grated cheese50 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Start with the pasta (I used the linguini type). Bring water to a boil in a deep pan, add salt and cook for the time indicated on the package until al dente.
- Meanwhile, chop the garlic and onion and sauté with the butter in another deep pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped broccoli and the cubed turkey breast and sauté a little longer.
- Add the cream, the cheese (I used grated mozzarella) and a little water. Mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg (powdered or freshly grated) and let it boil a little, stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom.
- When the pasta is done, add a ladle of the cooking water to the sauce (this helps the sauce stick more to the pasta).
- Drain the pasta and immediately pour it into the sauce pan.
- Turn off the heat, mix well and leave covered for a few minutes before serving.
