- cream cheese (Philadephia type)100 g
- tomato sauce4 tablespoon
- milk1 tablespoon
- soft olive oil1 teaspoon
- chopped onion to taste
- oregano to taste
- basil to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Fry the onion over medium heat with the oil until transparent and let it heat up a little.
- Mix the onion with the cream cheese, tomato sauce, milk, spices and salt. We booked.
- We cook the pasta in boiling water with a little salt, according to the manufacturer's instructions. Once cooked, we remove it and take it to drain.
- Add the sauce to the pasta and serve hot, sprinkled with some chopped fresh basil, oregano, parsley, etc.
