- Cook the pasta to al dente. Drain and reserve.
- In the pan add 1 tablespoon of oil and brown the garlic.
- Then add the chopped onion and saute it. Then add the chopped tomato, sazon, half of the quinoa tablet and add a little water just to cook the tomatoes.
- When the water is almost dry, add the pasta and mix well.
