  • Shrimp1/2 kg
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour3 tablespoon
  • Milk1 l
  • Nutmeg1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese70 g
  • Gorgonzola cheese50 g
  • Cream cheese1/2 can(s)
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil1 to taste
  • Large Clove of Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Oregano1 to taste
  1. Clean the prawns and marinate them with salt, pepper and the juice of half a lemon.
  2. For the sauce, put the butter and wheat flour in a pan and stir until it turns into a paste. Gradually add the milk. Season with salt and nutmeg and cook over low heat for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Put the water and salt in a pan and bring to a boil. Then add the pasta and cook until al dente (pay attention to the preparation time described on the package). Drain.
  4. In a frying pan, add a thread of olive oil and the crushed garlic, let the garlic fry a little and add the shrimp, leave it on the fire for 4 minutes, 2 minutes on each side. And book.
  5. Add the béchamel sauce, the Parmesan cheese, the gorgonzola and the cream cheese and stir some more, add the shrimp and macaroni. Mix well and then bake with slices of cheese on top and oregano until browned.
