Pasta With Sausage

- Macaroni | 500 g
- Sausage | 2 unit(s)
- Garlic | 3 unit(s)
- Onion | 1 cup
- Tomato | 1 cup
- Pepper | 1/2 cup
- Parsley | 1/2 cup
- Oil | 1 tablespoon
- Water | 1 cup
- Salt | 1 teaspoon
- In a pan, cook the macaroni in boiling water.
In another pan, heat the oil and fry the sausage well.
Add garlic and onion and brown well.
- Add the tomato, pepper and other seasonings.
Add the tomato sauce and water, let it cook for two minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix.
Serve with grated cheese on top if you prefer.
