Farfalle pasta (tie)
Fresh Tuscan sausage
Salt and Black Pepper
Bring the pasta water to a boil
Cut the zucchinis into half moons. Remove the sausage meat from the inside of the casing
Grill the zucchinis with oil. Remove and grill the sausage meat. Add the zucchinis again, add the fennel and season with pepper.
Cook the macaroni for the time specified on the package.
Dilute the cornstarch in the shoyu and add to the zucchinis and sausage. Mix over low heat until thickened. Add the cooked pasta, chopped tomatoes and serve.
