- Cook the pasta in water and salt, when it is aldente, drain and reserve!
- Scald the sausage, right after draining, put garlic and oil to fry together, then throw all the ingredients, onion, corn, olives, coriander, let it taste for 1 minute, frying everything, throw in the tomato paste and put a cup of water to leave cook for 2 minutes, turn off the heat, put the grated cheese on a platter and put it in the oven (optional) and serve.
