- Noodles300 g
- Tomato sauce800 ml
- sausage300 g
- Salt and crushed garlic to taste
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- In a pan put 2 liters of water to boil with salt and oil.
- When it is boiling, add the pasta and let it cook until al dente.
- While the pasta cooks, take the margarine and put it in a pan with the garlic and pepper, add the chopped sausages, then the tomato sauce. Let it cook for 3 minutes.
- With the cooked pasta, drain the water and throw the pasta in the sauce, mix well and serve.
