- sausage500 g
- Macaroni1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Seasonings to taste
- Bring the sausage to the fire with water to boil, after boiling remove from the fire and drain the water.
- Chop the sausage in the shape you think is best, I chop it as in the photo and set it aside
- Take a pan to the fire with water, after boiling add the pasta of your choice, I use the penne, let the pasta cook for around 7 minutes, check if it is cooked
- Drain the pasta and put it back in the pan.
- In a pan add garlic, onion, black pepper, Sazón knnor and tomato sauce.
- Let it boil well, add the chopped sausages to this sauce
- Mix in the noodles and serve, you can add mozzarella on top that is delicious
