- Recipe
- Large Tomatoes6 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Canned Sardines2 cup
- Onion1/2 cup
- Beef broth1 dessert spoon
- Pasta of your choice1 unit(s)
- Water1 cup
- Oregano and Bahia seasoning to taste2 dessert spoon
- Cut the onion and sauté it in the oil until it is lightly golden. Then add the garlic to brown too.
- Peel the tomatoes (remove the seeds if you prefer), cut them into cubes and then add them to the onion and garlic that you sautéed.
- Add beef broth and seasonings to taste.
- Wait for it to boil and then add the water. Tip: at this point, to remove the acidity of the tomatoes, I add salt to taste and a spoon (dessert) of sugar.
- Cover the pan and let the sauce thicken. Take the sardines, separate them from the oil that comes with them and set aside. Carefully remove the skin and the pimple. Cut them into “cubes” and set aside. Add half the sardine oil to the tomato sauce or as much as you like.
- Just to add more flavor Then, also place your sardines in “cubes”, stir and let it boil for 5 minutes and then turn off.
