2 cloves of garlic, crushed 1 large chopped onion 1 can of tomato sauce 1 cup of water Salt, pepper, bay leaf to taste 1 kg of pasta of your choice 1 kg of ground beef 1 box of cream
Fry the onion and garlic and add the ground beef.
Season to taste and let it cook.
Once cooked, add the tomato sauce and water and let it boil for a few minutes.
Cook until al dente.
Once everything is ready, place the noodles in a large refractory.
Pour over the cream and then the ground beef sauce and serve.
