- Chop the tomato, onion and pepper into small pieces. Fry 3 onions and 2 peppers with the soy sauce. Add the chopped tomato to the pan, leave for about 5 minutes on low heat. Add 3/4 of the can of tomato paste. Leave for 5 minutes on low heat. Add the seasonings, wick and leave for another 7 minutes. Turn off the pan. Fry the stew in a frying pan with 1 pepper, 1 onion and a little soy sauce. Add the fried stew to the sauce and let it cook for 3 minutes on low heat. Cook the pasta and serve. Once ready, just serve and taste!!
