  • Macaroni | 300 g
  • Gorgonzola | 150 g
  • Black Olives | 15 unit(s)
  • Sour cream (fresh) | 100 g
  • Black Pepper | 1 to taste
  • Olive oil | 1 to taste


  1. Noodle Put the water to boil. Add salt. When the water is boiling, add the pasta. Take it out one minute less than indicated on the package.
  2. Sauce: Place the cream and the gorgonzola (roughly chopped) in a frying pan. Cut the olive into small pieces. When the cheese is melted, add the olives and remove from the heat.
  3. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Add some of the cooking water to the sauce (just a small ladle) and finish cooking the pasta in the skillet with the low heat on. For about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Ready! Now just apply
