Pasta with Gorgonzola and Olives

Macarrão

Coloque a água para ferver. Adicione sal.
Quando a água estiver fervendo coloque o macarrão.
Retire-o com um minuto a menos do que o indicado na embalagem.

Noodle

Put the water to boil. Add salt.
When the water is boiling, add the pasta.
Take it out one minute less than indicated on the package.

Molho:

Coloque o creme de leite e o gorgonzola (cortado grosseiramente) em um frigideira.
Corte a azeitona em pequenos pedaços.
Quando o queijo estiver derretido coloque a azeitona e retire do fogo.

Sauce:

Place the cream and the gorgonzola (roughly chopped) in a frying pan.
Cut the olive into small pieces.
When the cheese is melted, add the olives and remove from the heat.

Escorra o macarrão e misture com o molho. Adicione um pouco da água de cozimento no molho (apenas uma concha pequena) e termine o cozimento da massa na frigideira com o fogo baixo ligado. Por cerca de 1-2 minutos.

Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Add some of the cooking water to the sauce (just a small ladle) and finish cooking the pasta in the skillet with the low heat on. For about 1-2 minutes.
