Ingredients
- Macaroni | 300 g
- Gorgonzola | 150 g
- Black Olives | 15 unit(s)
- Sour cream (fresh) | 100 g
- Black Pepper | 1 to taste
- Olive oil | 1 to taste
Recipe
- Noodle Put the water to boil. Add salt. When the water is boiling, add the pasta. Take it out one minute less than indicated on the package.
- Sauce: Place the cream and the gorgonzola (roughly chopped) in a frying pan. Cut the olive into small pieces. When the cheese is melted, add the olives and remove from the heat.
- Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Add some of the cooking water to the sauce (just a small ladle) and finish cooking the pasta in the skillet with the low heat on. For about 1-2 minutes.
