  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1.1/2 can(s)
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Butter1.1/2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper, chili pepper (optional)0 to taste
  1. Cut the meat into small cubes, add, black pepper, garlic and salt.
  2. Put butter in a skillet and fry the meat.
  3. Note: Do not add a lot of meat at once, as it is preferable to add and fry it little by little so that the meat does not release water (you don't need to fry the meat too much so it doesn't get dry).
  4. Cook the pasta in salted water.
  5. In the same frying pan that the meat was fried, place a chopped onion, half a chopped pepper and sauté.
  6. After that, place the meat with the onion, add the cream and the cream, as soon as it boils, place the cooked pasta, mix and it's ready.
