- Macaroni200 g
- Burrata1 unit(s)
- cherry tomato250 g
- Olive oil1 cup
- Basil to taste
- Bacon100 g
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Aluminum foil to taste
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Place the grape tomatoes, olive oil, bacon, salt and pepper in a pan, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a very low oven (80º to 100º) for 1h15m.
- Cook the macaroni and set aside
- Remove the tamate from the oven, drain the oil, and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Add the burrata, basil and stir until melted, add the pasta and serve with the grated Parmesan on top.
- TIP: you can put it back in the oven to brown it
