Spaghetti200 g
Bacon100 g
Broccoli150 g
Garlic2 unit(s)
Onion1 unit(s)
Butter2 tablespoon
Wheat flour2 tablespoon
Milk100 ml
Sicilian lemon to taste
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Cut the broccoli and soak for 2 minutes in boiling water
Cut the bacon into cubes, the garlic and the onion. In a skillet, fry these three ingredients well.
Then add the butter, wheat flour and add the milk and mix well, forming the base of the white sauce.
Season with salt, pepper and lemon zest.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time described on the package.
Finish with the broccoli and put the pasta already cooked straight from the cooking water into the sauce pan.
