  • Bacon (optional) to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Basil to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Fresh parsley to taste
  • Chili Pepper to taste
  • Oil to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  1. Put the pasta to cook in boiling water
  2. In a large skillet, fry the bacon.
  3. When the bacon is to your liking, add the broccoli and leave it on low heat, sautéing. The idea is that it gets crunchy
  4. After a few minutes stirring the broccoli, add the garlic
  5. When the garlic is almost golden, add the basil, oregano and red pepper.
  6. At this point the pasta will be almost cooked. Don't cook it too much! Add 2 to 3 small ladles of pasta cooking to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Add the salt to the skillet mixture and stir until it comes to a boil.
  8. It started to boil, drain the pasta and without washing it, put it in the mixture in the skillet. Stir well until the liquid evaporates.
  9. Is ready! Add fresh parsley on top if desired.
