Ground beef of your choice500 g
Onion1 unit(s)
Tomato1 unit(s)
Garlic1 unit(s)
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Seasonings to taste
Pasta of your choice500 g
Tomato sauce150 g

Sauté the onion, garlic and tomato in oil.
Add the minced meat.
Let the meat cook well, then add the sauce and let it reduce until it gets a creamier consistency.
Turn off the heat, add salt and seasonings to taste. Gradually add the cream until desired point.
Put the pasta to cook in a pot of boiling salted water.
After the pasta is cooked as desired, add it to the sauce. Stir well to incorporate all over the pasta. Finish as desired, with parsley, grated cheese, etc.
