- Recipe
- Noodles250 g
- Ground beef300 g
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Complete Seasoning to taste
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Chopped Garlic to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped Coriander to taste
- Cook the pasta and set aside.
- In a pan put the oil, onion, garlic and sauté quickly.
- Add the ground meat and mix.
- Leave it braising and when the water that released from the meat starts to dry, add the complete seasoning and chopped cilantro.
- When the meat is dry, add the tomato sauce.
- Leave it on low heat until it is well bodied.
- In a refractory put the pasta and on top the bolognese sauce. Mix.
