  • Anchovy fillet50 g
  • Peeled Tomato400 g
  • Basil (Branches)2 unit(s)
  • Pepperoni Pepper to taste
  • Black Olives to taste
  1. Sauté the onion and garlic, finely chopped in a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, until golden.
  2. Add the Ancho fillets to and sauté well, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the tomato to the side with the liquid and deglaze the entire pan.
  4. Add the pasta, which you must have already cooked in a separate pan, with water and salt... Mix the pasta in the stew, add the olives and basil and add a little of the cooking water to give it creaminess
  5. Serve next, adding basil to taste and, if you like, freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
