- Anchovy fillet50 g
- Peeled Tomato400 g
- Basil (Branches)2 unit(s)
- Pepperoni Pepper to taste
- Black Olives to taste
- Sauté the onion and garlic, finely chopped in a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, until golden.
- Add the Ancho fillets to and sauté well, stirring constantly.
- Add the tomato to the side with the liquid and deglaze the entire pan.
- Add the pasta, which you must have already cooked in a separate pan, with water and salt... Mix the pasta in the stew, add the olives and basil and add a little of the cooking water to give it creaminess
- Serve next, adding basil to taste and, if you like, freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
