Penne or fusilli pasta

grated carrot

Chopped ham

Chopped Mozzarella Cheese

Sliced olives

Can of corn

Can of Peas

Parsley and chives

Mayonnaise

Salt and Black Pepper

Pasta salad

Cozinhe o macarrão na água e sal até que esteja al dente, escorra e espere esfriar um pouco.

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and let it cool down a bit.

Coloque o macarrão em um recipiente e adicione a cenoura, o presunto, o queijo, a azeitona, o milho, a ervilha e a salsinha e cebolinha e misture.
Adicione a maionese, pimenta do reino  e sal a gosto e misture bem.


Place the pasta in a bowl and add the carrots, ham, cheese, olives, corn, peas and parsley and chives and mix.
Add mayonnaise, black pepper and salt to taste and mix well.


Leve à geladeira por no mínimo 1 hora ou até a hora de servir.

Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour or until serving time.
