When buying the shrimp, ask the fishmonger for the separate shrimp shell to make the broth in which the pasta will be cooked.
With olive oil, salt and pepper, prepare a stir-fry with onion, garlic and pepper, half yellow and half red. When they are ready, add the prawns, until they are pink. Add cilantro, tomato peel and a little tomato sauce. Let it cook on low heat.
Meanwhile, the pasta will be in the boiling water tanned by the shrimp broth.
Serve with a denser and more structured white or rosé wine.
