  • Red onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Garlic | 1 unit(s)
  • 1 coriander | 1 unit(s)
  • 1/2 yellow & 1/2 red pepper | 1 unit(s)
  • Peeled Tomatoes and Tomato Sauce | 1 to taste
  • 1 kg of shrimp | 1 kg
  • Bucatini n9 pasta | 500 g
  • Olive oil, salt and pepper | 1 to taste


  1. When buying the shrimp, ask the fishmonger for the separate shrimp shell to make the broth in which the pasta will be cooked.
  2. With olive oil, salt and pepper, prepare a stir-fry with onion, garlic and pepper, half yellow and half red. When they are ready, add the prawns, until they are pink. Add cilantro, tomato peel and a little tomato sauce. Let it cook on low heat.
  3. Meanwhile, the pasta will be in the boiling water tanned by the shrimp broth.
  4. Serve with a denser and more structured white or rosé wine.
  5. Finally, one step away from paradise!
