  • Pasta cooked al dente5 cup
  • Warm whole milk350 ml
  • Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1/3 cup
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Cup sirloin cut into cubes1/3 cup
  1. In a pan heat the butter and fry the sirloin cup together with the onion.
  2. Add the wheat and continue stirring until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly to break up the lumps, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook over low heat until it starts to thicken.
  5. Add the pasta, mix and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
