- Noodles250 g
- Pepperoni sausage1 l
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Tomato Extract150 g
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 to taste
- Mozzarella100 to taste
- Cut the sausage into cubes.
- In the pressure cooker add the garlic, the onion sauté until golden. Add the fried sausage.
- Add the tomato paste, seasonings of your choice. Put 5 American glasses of water. Put the lid on the pot and let it boil.
- When it's already boiling, put the pasta and cream, stir. Cover the pan, when it starts to get pressure, count 5 min and turn off the fire.
- When the pressure comes out, open the pot, stir. Add the mozzarella and stir until it melts.
