  • Salt to taste
  1. 1. Put 4 glasses of water in a pressure cooker, let it heat up, put the pasta in, give it a stir so it doesn't stick, and put the sauce, onion and garlic. 2. Cover and let it get pressure (when it starts to make noise), count three minutes, release the pressure, and put the milk cream. 3. Add the curd, parsley and adjust salt. 4. Put it in a refractory, if you want a little cheese on top, and a delicious pasta is ready, which can be served with meat, and a basic salad.
