  • Green smell and chopped parsley50 g
  1. To make pressure cooker pasta with plain sour cream place the pressure cooker over medium low heat and add the oil, onion and garlic. Leave for 1-2 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally to avoid burning. .
  2. Then add the meat and mix with the onion and garlic. Let it cook for a few more minutes, for the meat to fry slightly (this helps your simple pressure cooker noodles to be tastier).
  3. Add the tomato sauce and water and bring to a boil, without covering. Then add the remaining ingredients for pressure cooker pasta: sour cream, raw pasta, salt and black pepper. Mix everything, cover the pressure cooker and let it cook for 7 minutes.
  4. Open the pressure cooker and check the texture: if the pasta is still raw or if the sauce in this pot noodles is too liquid, let it boil for 2-3 minutes, without covering. When ready, turn off the heat and finally mix in the green smell and grated cheese, for extra creaminess.
