  • Penne Noodles2.5 cup
  • Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  • Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Large onion1 unit(s)
  • Seasoning to taste1 tablespoon
  1. In the pressure cooker, add the sausages and let them fry a little, I don't put any kind of oil because they already release their own fat. After frying add the onion, leave it until it becomes transparent, then add the tomato sauce, the seasonings of your choice, the pasta and put water two fingers above the pasta and put it to cook. After the pressure cooker takes 3 minutes, turn off the cooker. Then, with the pan off, add the cream and mix well until it mixes completely. I finished with grated parmesan cheese.
